Have a Happy Sandwich in the Car

When I was a kid, grilled cheese sandwiches were one of my favorites. Toasted bread with gooey cheese inside - does it get any better than that when you’re little? Throw some bacon inside and it’s still one of my comfort foods. One reason I love it? It’s portable. Wrap it in a paper towel and you can eat it in your car on the go. It will be something I introduce to my son when he’s a toddler, and I hope he likes it as much as I do. And when he’s old enough, I’ll have a Happy Sandwich in the car with my kid.
